The company was incorporated in 1995. The Company is a member of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) since March 1996 for the CASH and FUTURE & OPTIONS market. Since then the Company is working as a broking house and expanded its network in various important destinations of Northern India with numerous VSAT's & CTCL Terminals. The turnover of the company during 2005-06 was approx Rs. 100 Crores.
Company is also working as Depository Participant of CDSL. It is also a member of Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange. |

The company was incorporated in Jan 2004. It purchased a plot in Dwarka at plot no. 3, Pocket 4, Sector 11 in an open auction held by the Delhi Development Authority. A commercial complex in the name of ‘SUDEEP PLAZA’ was constructed on this plot. The Project was completed in May’2005. |

The company is engaged in manufacturing and export of pesticide & Insecticide. Its products are exported to number of countries such as Mexico, South East Asian countries, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Phillipines, Taiwan etc. Its turnover for the FY 2005-2006 was approximately Rs.102 crores. It is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. |
