Mr. Surendra Kumar Gupta is one of the promoter Directors of the Company. He is the Chairman and \ or Director in many other companies i.e Wegmans Financial Services P. Ltd., M/s Wegmans Construction P. Ltd., M/s Wegmans Builders & Developers P.Ltd & Gupta Commodities P.Ltd. After completion of his Graduation in Engineering in Electronics from Banaras Hindu University in 1972, Mr. S.K.Gupta worked as a Builder and Developer in the field of real estate. Many successful stories of time bound and quality construction are in his credit. Besides the above Sh. S.K.Gupta has also managed the ticket of National Stock Exchange with annual Turnover of 8,000-10,000 crore per year. He has also been involved in agro forestry activity on his land located on Dhampur in district Bijnoor (U.P.) During 2001-2002 Mr.S.K.Gupta headed the Association as Chairman of the NSE members of India (ANMI) for northern India.

Mr. Sudeep Gupta did Bachelor of Urban Planning from School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), ITO New Delhi in 2000. He has done Masters in Professional Studies (Real Estate) from Comell University, U.S.A. He is a part of Wegmans Real Estate and financial services operations. He is the director in most of the Companies of Wegmans group.

Mr. Shagun Gupta holds a Bachelor Degree of Information Technology from Hamdard University, Delhi in 2002. He was awarded Gold Medal for topping in all the four years of his under graduate education at Hamdard University. He has also done his MBA (Marketing and Finance) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. He is functional as a Director in the M/s Wegmans Financial Services (P) Ltd.
